Basically, the melding results in MST. Apparently, this stands for Mystery Science Theatre and involves the harsh and often brutal mocking of bad fiction. Specifically Lord of the Rings fiction. Because Sunny and Maddie are extremely touchy about the impressively wide array of bad bad bad fanfic that is written on the subject. Our aim is to make you, the intelligent reader, cackle and you, the unintelligent fic writer, commit hara kiri.

Are we mean? Yes, we are.
Do we care? No, we don't.

We'd like to give a shout-out to the brilliant Cassandra Claire, whose Very Secret Diaries inspired us in our quest. If you haven't read them already, go. Now. Our snarkiness will make more sense to you once you have, and in addition to that, the VSD are nothing short of pure comic brilliance. We wish we could take credit for Sam being a homicidal maniac, because it's just too funny, but sadly, we can't. So here we are. The gloves are coming off. Let the snark begin.
